CAI offers three levels of designations for property managers, CMCA, AMS and PCAM. All designations require continuing education. The education is well worth it. CMCA's, AMS's and PCAM's earn anywhere between 10% and 40% more than their non-certified counterparts.

NYC's Community Association Institute

Breakfast meetings will be free for CAI members and $10 for non-members.

CAI members can participate in national's member exchange, where you can seek input and ideas from property managers across the country.
